TO LINN BENTON COMMUNITY COLLEGE INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS 

Effective September 27, 2021, Firebird will no longer be servicing the International Student Health Insurance program for LINN BENTON COMMUNITY COLLEGE. Please contact your advisor at Linn Benton Communty College for information on the coverage with the  new servicing agency and plan information, including obtaining a new insurance ID card. 

For previously insured international students, if you are in need of any claim forms or documents about the coverage PRIOR to September 27, 2021, please contact Firebird at (206) 909-8550 or email us at: admin@fiig-insurance.com to request these documents.
